Welcome to Bluewaves Holidays Kottayam. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.
1. General
- Bluewaves Holidays operates as a tour operator providing domestic and international travel services, including tour packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations and visa assistance.
- By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental / guardian consent.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment as specified during reservation.
- The balance payment must be made before the commencement of travel.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, airline/hotel policies, foreign exchange rates and seasonal surcharges.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email/official communication).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy of airlines, hotels and service providers.
- Service charges and booking fees are non-refundable.
- Bluewaves Holidays is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, insurance and other required travel documents are valid and available.
- Bluewaves Holidays will assist but does not take responsibility for denied boarding, entry refusal or expired documentation.
5. Liability
- Bluewaves Holidays acts only as an agent between clients and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.).
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, losses or damages beyond our control.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
6. Pricing & Inclusions
- Package inclusions will be clearly mentioned in the itinerary shared with the client.
- Any additional services or activities not mentioned will incur extra charges.
- Prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated.
7. Changes & Modifications
- Bluewaves Holidays reserves the right to modify itineraries, services or prices due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Alternate arrangements of equal value will be provided in such cases.
8. Conduct of Travelers
- Clients are expected to maintain proper conduct during the trip.
- Any damage to property or misconduct will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
9. Force Majeure
- Bluewaves Holidays is not responsible for failure or delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, pandemics or any situation beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
